We investigate plant and refinery accidents by hiring experts who’ve worked in that area during their life. Also we review the investigations performed by government officials. Many times the US Chemical Safety Board go in when there’s been an accident or a fire at a chemical plant and perform very thorough investigations. Typically we’ll see reports of more than 100 pages prepared by the US Chemical Safety Board. After reviewing what the experts have to say what the US Chemical Safety Board has to say and many times reviewing what the owners and the operators of the plants what they had to say after reviewing those will make a determination about whether or not we believe you can be successful in pursuing your chemical plant explosion case.
