Do I have a case against a car maker if airbags did not deploy?
You may have a case against the automobile manufacturer if the airbags did not deploy during a car accident in Texas. Typically the airbags are supposed to deploy in a front-end crash of about 25 to 30 miles per hour. Now if it’s a rear-end impact or if it’s not very fast airbags are not designed to deploy. So it really depends on how fast your car was traveling and whether or not it was a front-end or rear-end impact.
